Just before sunset we drove toward the Lighthouse, but we could see rain coming down in that direction. It had been cloudy all day and 87 degrees with a SE wind.
We turned around and went out to the causeway instead. Just after we got out there, I could see pouring rain on Sanibel just across the causeway. But, it didn't last long at all.
Spoil Island B already had a lot of people parked there, so we went on to Spoil Island A. The clouds were really threatening and you could see heavy rain coming down in some areas, all we got there were a few sprinkles until we were leaving. Then it rained enough that we had the wipers on driving back to the island.

Yep, having fun can be dangerous business! My knee is just healing from my island booboo. Enjoy!
