Sanibel Relaxation

After a relaxing day, we watched the sunset this evening from the Sanibel Causeway.  The shore line was lined with lots of other people who also had camera in hand.

Our friends from the Netherlands have come here for their annual vacation.  They came bearing gifts. :)  A Dutch cook book, some yummy Dutch candy and a couple of other things.  There are a few of the recipes I am anxious to try.  The flowers came from our yard.

First thing this morning, I took Puffin Man outside.  There was a golf ball laying in the middle of our driveway.  (I think I've mentioned that the golf course is just across the street.)  He ran to pick it up and was all excited about his treasure and had to carry it inside with him.

I let him play with it for a while, until I could sneak it away.  I wasn't sure what kind of chemicals might be in the materials it's made of.  He was having a great time with it, while it lasted. :)

I don't know what I liked better about this blog post; the amazing sunset, or the adorable face of Puffin Man!

Does he still enjoy being carried in his front-riding carrier?

Your baby is so cute -- We have two little "boys" who light up our home as well. Thanks for the great restaurant tip -- we enjoyed a great meal at The Timbers last night.

Maybe he could take up golf-ball fetching and you could set up a little stand by the road and sell used golf balls? (just a thought!;) Looks like you had a beautiful day! xxoo Diana

Beautiful sunset pictures! Puffin is so adorable! I bet he is great company. My fur babies sure are entertaining! I don't know what I would do without them!

Your captures of the sunset are absolutely beautiful. I really like the color.
Puffin would really like our back yard. The golf course is behind us and we're always finding golf balls in the yard.
