It was 68 degrees here last night and 83 today, which suits me just fine. It was still warm tonight when we drove to Captiva to have dinner with friends at the Tween Waters Crow's Nest. We had a very nice meal and then enjoyed walking around looking at the beautiful Christmas lighting. I only had my cell phone, which doesn't take great pictures in low light, but I'm sharing them with you anyway. If I don't get another post done tomorrow night, have a great weekend and I will try to get back to the beach for some pictures on Tuesday.

I could just cry seeing people in shorts! We had to break out the heavy duty, really warm, winter gear today! Have a safe and wonderful trip to Indiana! It will indeed be SO worth it!
Palm trees with Christmas lights are such a fun change from snow covered Ponderosa pines with Christmas lights!
Have a wonderful time with family. It is what the season is about.
I hope you are feeling better? And I sure hope you get north without any storm delays! I've never been to Crow's Nest-- maybe next year! It looks like fun.
My daughter said yesterday....this time last year we were leaving for Sanibel Island...(sigh) Not this year...15" of snow and 20 degrees. Guess where I'd rather be?!?
This is beautiful and very festive series of photos that you took with your cell phone. Have a wonderful time with your family and friends! Merry Christmas and best wishes for a great New Year.
