Went to buy the new resident parking pass today at the Police Department. All of the City of Sanibel offices are in this complex. I noticed today for the first time, that there is a dolphin on top of the weathervane. I always smile to myself as I walk across the parking area, because you walk on seashells. :-) Pretty neat, huh?
Headed for the beach, after making several other stops along the way. I wanted to see how big the waves were and if there were shells coming in.
The waves were fairly big and pleasant and relaxing to watch. They had brought shells up and left them at the high tide line. There were still some coming in. I picked up a pocket full to carry home.
The sky was clear and bright blue today. It was sunny and warm enough this afternoon without wearing long sleeves. Early this morning, you needed a sweatshirt, but by noon it was warming up and close to 70 again. The water seemed cold at first when I walked in it, but soon became used to it.

The next two are poor quality, but if you are craving salt water and shells; I think you can watch them ok. :-)
