Sanibel Beach at Fulgar Street

A little beach time this evening at Fulgar St access.

It was warm in capris and long sleeve t.  Pretty nice day for January.

An ocean of emotion. :)

This reminded me of the question,
'Who lives in a Pineapple Under the Sea'.

There were shells, but nothing great.

There were a lot of people in the Holiday Inn area.

I wish I had been here a few days ago, when the sand art was just made.

This was some sort of sea creature, notice the little curly tail.

The large one was a mermaid
and the closest one, a fish.

A few weeks back I ran into an entire pen shell kingdom by the Sanibel Inn. That's one way to get all those pen shells picked up. How's puppy doing? He seems to like his little pack.

Take good care,

Karen

Hi Tootie, Do you gets lots of comments and looks with Puffin hanging on your front? LOL That is so funny/cute! How do you bend over to pick up shells? Does he get squished? Have you had to learn new maneuvers
Thanks for taking me on a beach walk. . .

The sand art on the beach makes it seem a bit of a graveyard...love your words, "an ocean of emotion"...so true!!!

I enjoy seeing your beach scenes Tootie as I love the ocean. We live in an inland city but the nearest beach resort is Raglan, only 40 minutes drive away over a hill. - Dave

I was redoing an old post out of fresh ideas... and here I am. We went to watch the Twin last March and I like your island so much & especially the refuge (yes I'm a birder) we coming back later next week. Keep it all warm and sunny for us please. :)

Funny....you say "there were shells but nothing great" I say....I would love to spend any day shelling for not so great shells than shoveling snow!!!

Happy Friday:):)
I love to look at all your beachy photos....makes me so happy!
