Thursday Rain

I know you must be getting tired of looking at the clouds, but due to another trip off the island today, I didn't get time for the beach. It was also house cleaning day. Yes, I do some of that now and then. :-) Although it's sure not my favorite pastime.

Today the temperature was up to 85 degrees. That was probably because it was cloudy much of the day. There was some wind from the south and it actually felt comfortable out. We had a good rain this morning, a little over a 1/4".

The photos were taken while going across the Sanibel Causeway toward Ft Myers this afternoon.

    Hi Tootie, Looks like you did have some rain and clouds. We enjoyed our Florida vacation--but didn't get down anywhere near your part of the state. We went to Ormond Beach-and it was pretty but HOT.
