Afternoon on Sanibel Island

It was a beautiful afternoon at
Pointe Santo de Sanibel yesterday.

Everything on the island is pretty and green, due to all the rain we've had recently.

There were some small shells, the birds seemed to have plenty of time to pick through them, even if I didn't. :)

Later that evening, we drove out to the Sanibel Causeway to watch the sunset.

Ohhh I so want to be there! That is a weird sky in the photo with the pink raft - that one little cloud is interesting.

Hi Tootie! It's always amazing to see how different the clouds look throughout the seasons on Sanibel. Just beautiful! We've been having some spectacular weather here in MI, too. We're in for an absolutely perfect week of sunshine and blue skies here! Oh....and the countdown to Sanibel has begun! :)
