It was pretty hot and humid again today, but there was cloud cover and some wind, so that made it tolerable. I'm sure it was nice for those people on the beach, especially since it rained all afternoon yesterday. There was a 60% chance of rain again this afternoon, so I passed on going to the beach, to do some grocery shopping off-island.
As we left the house, I noticed some big clouds getting near the island. When we got to the causeway, it looked like all those clouds were just hanging around, waiting to choose a place to rain on.
When we got back to Sanibel, it was plain to see, the rain didn't fall here.
