Sanibel Sunday Times

This was another beautiful 75 degree day! The sun felt hot and the breeze cool; another of those wonderful Sunday times on the beach, that seem priceless. The water was a beautiful shade of green today. There were shells to look through and birds to watch, which most people were doing as they walked. There were others fishing, reading or just soaking up sunshine and relaxing.

The walkway from the beach, back to the Access 3 parking area.

That beach looks very tempting, Tootie.. It's been snowing here since last night off and on (not much accumulation)--but the temperatures today didn't get out of the 20's.... See why I would love to walk on the beach NOW???????

Hugs,
Betsy

Again I enjoyed the day at the beach with you Tootie, and watching and hearing the waves come it. - Dave

I'll admit it. I'm jealous. I would love nothing more than to spend my days fishing in the hot sun with a cold beer. (I should've been a guy!:) I hope I live long enough to get to do it! Until then, keep enjoying it for me and showing me photos.

Thanks for sharing your warm, sunny beach with those of us up here in the cold, cold North. I just want you to know that I'm trying hard not to get jealous -- but it is difficult!!!

Thank you for visiting my Magpie's Nest. Being back home in Virginia, we really miss the palm tree over our Sanibel balcony, not to mention the beautiful sand and shells. You are a lucky lady! Sanibel IS such a dreamy place. Can't wait to show your blog to my sweetie!
Very best wishes!
